Choose a Secret Santa questionnaire for your group
Short: six essentials for a quick exchange. Office: useful work-friendly preferences without clothing-size questions. Family: interests, comfort and handmade or secondhand ideas. Kids: toys, activities and an optional grown-up’s note. Every set is editable, and every answer is optional.
How to print or share
- Choose a set, include the questions you need and agree on a budget.
- Fill in a few specific hints. Leave personal or sensitive details blank.
- Choose A4 or US Letter. Print a blank group template, print completed answers, or use your browser’s “Save as PDF.” Long answers print as full text.
- For an online exchange, create a private link and send it to your organizer. They can attach each person’s questionnaire in the generator before drawing; the assigned Santa then gets a link to their recipient’s answers.
Does this questionnaire save my answers?
Only if you switch on local saving. It saves this draft in this browser, not an online account. Switch it off to delete the saved draft. Importing a shared link never silently replaces a saved draft.
Can I share a blank customized template?
Yes. Leave answers empty, customize the questions, then create a private link. Recipients can fill in their own copy. Sharing always creates a snapshot; there is no automatic synchronization.
Can I download a printable PDF?
Yes. Choose the paper size and select Print / Save PDF, then use your browser’s PDF destination. Print blank sheet leaves your on-screen answers intact.
